The Ministry of Healing - or Miracles of Cure in all Ages

A. J. Gordon's "The Ministry of Healing" explores how God's healing power has been at work in every age, and it argues that physical restoration and spiritual renewal belong together. Drawing from Scripture and examples across Christian history, the book challenges the idea that healing is limited to a distant past or restricted to special circumstances. Instead, it presents healing as part of God's loving care for real people in real suffering—beginning with faith, repentance, and surrender, and continuing through practical trust in God's promises. Gordon emphasizes that prayer, obedience, and the willingness to receive God's help are central to the healing process, while also encouraging believers to respond to illness with hope rather than despair. The Ministry of Healing - or Miracles of Cure in all Ages is an unchanged, high-quality reprint of the original edition of 1882.
